- Large volume customised mixes for soups, sauces, pasta, pastries, quiches, stir-fry etc.
- We specialise in more unusual products such as fresh herbs. Basil, ginger, corriander, chilli, garlic, parsley, lemon grass, chives and shallots just to mention a few. Herbs can be shredded or pureed, fresh or frozen.
- Our machines allow us to size cut to the customers specification - whole peeled, sliced, diced, baton, straw, shredded or pureed.
- Vegetables are produced fresh on a daily basis and sent to the customer within 24 hours. This maximises quality, freshness and shelf life.
- Prepared vegetables are packed in batch sizes or in bulk 500kg bins to the customers specification.
- Vacuum cooling is unique to Vegmasters. Products can be temperature controlled at any stage of processing, be it cooling a fresh unprocessed product staight from farm or after production to maintain optimal product temperature to enhance shelf life and quality.
- All products are refrigerated and can be either picked up or delivered via refrigerated transport.
